  1. Hello love the video! I have a question i hope you find it and be able to answer it because I am quite confused at the moment ant lost. So my dream is to have an advertising and marketing agency. I am current in the process of learning all about digital marketing and creative , my foundations are video photo and graphic design, but since im starting an agency im going to be one man agency till i secure enough clients to start hiring freelancers to help me out. So my question is do I start as freelancer marketer on social media or should i start by creating my brand and communicate with clients as we although im alone at the moment?

I still don't know what the heck a "fluid" agency means.. someone I connected on Linkedin says she owns a "fluid" agency and that she's a branding strategist.. anyhoo,, it's neither here nor there…Maybe her agency's name is "fluid" ?? but I did find your content very helpful..   5. Great stuff again. Now I have to ask does the Marketing Director works on the marketing of the agency or the marketing of the clients? Also, I've noticed there is no Creative Director or Copywriter, how do you manage without them?
